A Good Conversation

The Weight of Keeping it in…

There’s a kind of ache we carry when our truth has no home.

You know it well—the throat that tightens, the heart that sinks, the smile that feels like a costume.

You’ve swallowed words to keep the peace.

Played nice when your soul wanted to roar.

Bit your tongue to stay “appropriate.”

You’ve probably been gaslit.

Told you’re too sensitive.

Too emotional.

Overreacting.

Maybe you stopped speaking up altogether.

Maybe you learned it’s safer not to feel at all.

Over time, unexpressed energy builds up, turning into fatigue, anxiety, tension, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, or a deep disconnection from yourself.

This isn’t weakness.

It’s what happens when you’re never given space to speak your truth.

When the throat chakra is blocked, you don’t just lose your voice, you lose the vital bridge between your heart and your mind. Emotions get stuck, your nervous system deregulates, and your truth gets buried beneath shame, fear, and silence.

👉 Energy backlogs
👉 Feelings become symptoms
👉 Disconnection takes root

While therapy can be helpful, it's not for everyone.

Because let’s be honest: sometimes it keeps you spinning in your story.

Over-analyzing it.

Ruminating over it…

Repeating it.

Never actually releasing it, and rising above it.

A Good Conversation isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about freeing you.

It’s not therapy.
It’s not counselling.
It’s not another venture down memory lane.

It’s a mirror.

A space where the truth can finally exhale.

You don’t need another expert telling you what’s wrong.

You need someone who sees who you could be, and when you heal your story.

What Happens in a Good Conversation?

💬 You talk.
👂 We listen.
✨ Clarity happens.

There’s no agenda.

No pressure to make sense.

You speak freely, from the heart, or even from the chaos.

We hold the space, with compassion, empathy and confidentially.

If divine guidance flows through, we’ll share it.

But the most important thing is that you feel safe enough to let it go.

What Our Clients Say…

Riley D.

It felt like opening a pressure valve on years of silence. I didn’t even know how much I’d been holding until I finally said it out loud.

Jules M.

This wasn’t therapy. It was liberation. I left that conversation feeling lighter, braver, and more connected to my own truth than I’ve ever felt. So simple but so effective. We need more of this.

Nina T.

I came in foggy, frustrated, and full of emotions I couldn’t name. I left feeling seen. And I slept like a baby for the first time in months.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this therapy?

Nope. This is soul-centered conversation.

Not diagnosis, not analysis.

Just a safe space to be heard and held.

Q: Do I need something specific to talk about?

Not at all.

Sometimes the most healing conversations begin with “I don’t even know what I need to say.”

Q: What if I cry or say too much?

Perfect.

Crying is energy leaving the body.

Saying “too much” is often just saying the truth you’ve been holding back. There’s no judgment here.

Q: Will you give me advice?

Only if it’s aligned and wanted. I may reflect something back or offer intuitive insight, but the power is always in your hands.

Q: How long is a session?

About 60 minutes, but I always allow a little flow for integration at the end.

Q: Is it private?

Absolutely.

Everything shared is held in sacred confidentiality.

Q: How can a book a session?

Sessions can be booked online here.
