Option 1 — A Good Conversation

Option 2 — Comprehensive Wellness Assessment

Knowledge is power, and awareness is healing.

In this two-part session, we explore the key areas of your wellbeing; Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritually – using a series of diagnostic tools and wellness indicators.

The first session is the testing phase;

The second session is a detailed review of your results and personalized recommendations.

This assessment creates a comprehensive wellness profile, helping you see how each part of your life connects to your overall state of balance.

It’s the foundation for your customized self-care program and an essential first step for those entering the Wellness Lifestyle Program.

Investment: $250

Option 3 — Wellness Lifestyle Coaching Program

Healing becomes transformation when you live it.

This 12-month, one-on-one coaching program is your guided journey toward building a sustainable wellness lifestyle; one that supports your whole being.

Together, we work to calibrate your routines, release old patterns, and design a practice that aligns with your true nature.

You’ll receive:

  • Two private coaching sessions per week (in person or online)

  • Access to courses, tools, and resources

  • Personalized support for your daily self-care and mindset practice

This is a full immersion in wellness as a way of being consistent, intentional, and deeply personal.

Investment: $888/month

Option 4 — Healing Treatment

Sometimes words aren’t enough..

Sometimes the body needs to speak.

In these one-hour, in-person sessions, you’ll enter a space of stillness and renewal.

Each treatment blends Reiki, Rife frequency therapy, sound healing, and essential oils to help you unplug from external noise and release what no longer belongs to you.

These sessions help clear stagnant energy, entities, and attachments that keep you feeling heavy, stuck, or drained, making them a vital complement to the deeper transformational work.

Investment: $110/hr

Option 5 — Functional Lab Testing

When deeper investigation is needed, we turn to the science.

Functional lab testing helps us uncover what’s happening beneath the surface, exploring key physical systems such as hormones, digestion, gut health, and detoxification.

The results guide a personalized self-care protocol designed to correct dysfunction, restore balance, and optimize your overall vitality.

Lab testing is separate from coaching or consultation fees.

Investment: approximately $2,000, including a customized wellness program based on your results.

I created The Wellness Lab because I’ve been where you are.

For years, I lived what I thought was a healthy lifestyle, doing all the “right” things, but when my body broke down, I realized I wasn’t truly well.

I discovered that health isn’t just physical, it’s metal, emotional and spiritual.

No one taught me how to connect all of those pieces, so I taught myself. And that’s when I discovered the deeper framework of wellness; the one I now teach and live by.
